CAIRO, May 6 (MENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigration Badr Abdelatty asserted the political will to enhance relations with Montenegro.

This came during a joint press conference in Egypt's New Administrative Capital between Abdelatty and Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ervin Ibrahimović.

Abdelatty praised the visit of Montenegrin minister to Egypt saying it reflects mutual keenness on boosting cooperation between both sides.

The talks tackled means of promoting cooperation in the different domains particularly the economic and investment sectors, Abdelatty said.

Abdelatty lauded Montenegro's initiative to establish an embassy in Cairo.

He welcomed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Egypt's Diplomatic Institute and Diplomatic Academy of Montenegro along with a memorandum of understanding to establish a political consultation mechanism between the two countries to push the bilateral ties forward. (MORE)
