DAMANHOUR, Egypt, June 14 (MENA) - Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli, during his tour of development projects in Zawyet Saqr village as part of the presidential initiative “Decent Life”, issued urgent directives to provide full medical care to a young girl who lost her eyesight after being struck on the head while playing with other children.

While inspecting a mobile ophthalmology unit, one of the girl's family members approached the prime minister, pleading for medical assistance.

Madbouli immediately instructed Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health Khaled Abdel Ghaffar to personally follow up the child's condition and ensure she receives the best possible care.

Responding swiftly, authorities arranged for the girl to be transferred by ambulance to Nasser Institute Hospital in Cairo to receive needed medical care. (MENA)
