CAIRO, May 24 (MENA) - Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli handed over housing contracts to beneficiaries of the presidential initiative "Housing for All Egyptians" in New October City, reaffirming the government's commitment to providing decent, affordable housing for low- and middle-income citizens.

Madbouli inspected a sample unit to stand on the quality of finishes and infrastructure, praising the high standards adopted..

CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund Mai Abdel Hamid provided a detailed update about the initiative's implementation with 1,002,100 total units for low-income citizens, including 734,000 units completed (169,000 in governorates and 565,000 in new cities.

The total number of beneficiaries of the initiative hit 643,000 with a total support valued at EGP 10.21 billion. (MENA)
