CAIRO, June 16 (MENA) - The seventh edition of the "Big 5 Construct Egypt" exhibition will kick off Tuesday at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, running from June 17 to 19, 2025.
The event is held under the patronage of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and supported by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, as well as the Armed Forces Engineering Authority.
2025's edition coincides with the third Egypt Infrastructure and Water Expo, creating a unified platform that brings together key players from both the public and private sectors across construction, water, and infrastructure industries.
The alignment of the "Big 5 Construct Egypt" and the "Egypt Infrastructure & Water Expo" highlights the strong synergy between the construction, infrastructure, and water management sectors.
It also supports enhanced collaboration among stakeholders in these vital fields, particularly as Egypt continues to invest heavily in urban development, road networks, and water resource management.
Together, the exhibitions offer a strategic opportunity for visitors to explore cutting-edge products, evaluate technical solutions, and engage with industry specialists from diverse disciplines.
The exhibition features over 350 exhibitors from more than 20 countries, including Egypt, China, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the UAE, and the United Kingdom.
Exhibiting companies will showcase their latest technologies in areas such as heavy construction machinery and digital solutions. Participating firms like BEAM, Oddo Middle East, Trimble Solutions, and Delta Coatings International will present innovative products, services, systems, and industry solutions.
The event will also host specialized knowledge-sharing platforms such as Big 5 Talks, Infra360, and Water360.
Visitors will benefit from access to over 30 CPD-certified sessions as part of the Big 5 Talks program, which will cover a wide range of advanced topics including sustainability, emerging technologies, project and facility management, and leadership in construction. These sessions will be led by prominent speakers and experts from respected institutions such as the Federation of Egyptian Industries, the Ministry of Environment, the Urban Planning Institute, and Orascom Construction, among others.
The edition also includes dedicated sessions under the Infra360 and Water360 programs, which focus on critical infrastructure and water-related challenges. With more than 20 technical CPD-certified sessions, these programs will address pressing issues such as water scarcity, urban resilience, smart cities, and sustainable urban planning. Key topics will also include circular resource use and enhancing urban connectivity.
More than 50 companies operating in sectors such as utilities, energy, transport, waste management, and telecommunications are expected to participate in these specialized discussions, fostering practical knowledge exchange and industry-wide alignment. (MENA)
