SOFIA, May 15 (MENA) - Bulgarian Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov left for the Albanian capital, Tirana, on Thursday to participate in the 6th European Political Community Summit, which will be held on Friday.

The summit will bring together leaders from across the continent under the theme "New Europe in a new world: unity—cooperation—joint action," the Bulgarian News Agency reported.

As many as 46 heads of state and government from across Europe will attend the summit.

The meeting’s agenda includes a plenary session dedicated to security and the future of Europe.

Zhelyazkov will participate in a round table, “Open Europe with Secure Borders,” dedicated to the challenges of mobility and empowerment of young people, a press release from the Bulgarian government said.

The discussion will cover topics such as legal migration routes, the fight against human trafficking, brain drain, the labor market, the role of artificial intelligence, and the active inclusion of young people and the diaspora in the development of regions.

The European Political Community Summit aims to promote political dialogue and cooperation on issues of common interest, as well as to strengthen the security, stability, and prosperity of the European continent, the press release said. (MENA)
