CAIRO, June 5 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi Thursday received a phone call from Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on the occasion of Eidul Adha (the Greater Bairam), which falls on Friday.

They exchanged Eid greetings, with the Bahraini monarch wishing that Egypt and its people would enjoy security and progress, according to the presidency’s spokesman.

President Sisi expressed gratitude and appreciation to King Hamad for the gesture.

The president asked Allah the Almighty to bring this blessed occasion back to both Egypt and Bahrain and all Arab and Muslim nations with prosperity and blessings, wishing further security and stability for them. (MENA)
